Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns only if:
- The item is unused, unworn, and unwashed
- The item is returned in its original condition and packaging
- The return request is made within 7 days of delivery
Non-Returnable Items
- Sale or discounted items
- Custom or altered pieces
- Items showing signs of wear, damage, or perfume
Exchanges
Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested item is unavailable, a store credit may be issued instead.
Return Process
- Email us at info@maisam.ca with your order number and reason for return
- Once approved, return instructions will be provided
- Items sent back without approval may not be accepted
Refunds
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after inspection.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
